Calories smartie American cookies

It’s no secret that the American diet is heavy on processed food. From snacks to entrees, many of our favorite foods are loaded with calories, sugar, and fat. And while there’s nothing wrong with indulging in these foods occasionally, they can quickly add up if we’re not careful. A classic example is the humble cookie. A single cookies can have over 200 calories, and a bag of them can easily pack in over 1,000. That’s why it’s important to be smart about our snacking choices. If we choose wisely, we can still enjoy our favorite foods without going overboard. For instance, instead of a chocolate chip cookie, we could have a miniatures cookie. Or, we could have a small handful of regular-sized cookies. By making these small changes, we can ensure that we’re getting the calories we need without overdoing it.
